The Donovan Car Project supports these children of fallen shadow warriors via the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation(CIAOMF) and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF). These two foundations, both rated 4 Stars by Charity Navigator, provide every dollar of post-high school education expense for these surviving dependents.
